30" Grill heads are designed for builtin use but there are numerous mounting options as accessories, including an inground post and boltdown base, as well as movable carts. With the speed of Infrared burners, the 30" will prepare meals that would normally require a much larger unit. 455 sq. in. of actual grilling area which would be called 703 sq. in. by some others that include the warming rack in the specification. The two burners put out 55,000 BTU/hr. The entire unit is made of #304 (18/8 food grade) Stainless Steel. The grill can be ordered with two convection burners, two Infrared burners, or for InfraVection, one of each. And burner conversion kits are available for conversion at a later time. In addition a Solaire rotisserie with spit forks and counterweight can be added later. A vinyl cover is included with each grill.
