30" Cart Grills, with the speed of Infrared burners, the 30" will prepare meals that would normally require a much larger unit. The 455 sq. in. of actual grilling area would be called 703 sq. in. by some others that include the warming rack in the specification. The two burners put out 55,000 BTU/hr. and the entire unit is made of #304 (18/8 food grade) Stainless Steel. The grill can be ordered with two convection burners, two Infrared burners, or for InfraVection, one of each. And should you change your mind, burner conversion kits are available for conversion at a later time. In addition to the two main burners, a rear Infrared burner is included at 14,000 BTU/hr. as is as a rotisserie with spit forks and counterweight. A vinyl cover is included with each grill.
